These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Milda website and design-system editor (the “Service”). By accessing the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Early access

The Service is offered on a pre-release, early-access basis. It may be incomplete, change without notice, or be unavailable, and is provided for evaluation. We make no commitment that any feature will be released or remain available.

Your content

You retain ownership of the design tokens, components, code, and other materials you create in the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not upload malicious code or content you are not permitted to share.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Milda and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for Your Content and code generated for you, no rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
